A full hot breakfast on Saturday and Sunday's, including bacon, Sausage patties, blueberry and buttermilk pancakes, or fresh Biscuits. Cheesy grits and/are Jazzy Hash-browns, sunny -side up eggs and/are scrambled eggs, fresh fruit, fresh pastry's, to name a few. It's available anytime between 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM. After prepared, serve your-self.
Continental Breakfast is also available on Saturday and Sunday's at 7AM
If for some reason you’re not going to have breakfast with us, please let us know ahead of time is greatly appreciated, to help eliminate waste, can even leave a note on the counter.
Monday through Friday continental breakfast is available in the kitchen from 7 to 9:30. which consists of cereal's, yogurts, pastry's, Toast, Bagel's, Cinnamon raisin toast, Breakfast Bars etc...
We serve our locally roasted coffee Flamjeaux Coffee Co. every morning, at the time breakfast is available, Grind fresh. you will find coffee in your Room also, and Keurig coffee is available at the coffee bar too.
We have been working very hard in making sure everything is very clean and germ free.
There are times we do venture out to visit our children and grandchildren, on these occasions we will leave a gift card in your room to one of our favorite restaurants to enjoy breakfast or lunch on us.
WE DO NOT HOST Bridal/Groom's party getting ready prior for a wedding. We can and are more than happy to accommodate family and friends staying for a wedding.

14 day(s) before arrival, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. If a reservation is booked "last-minute" (within the scheduled time frame), the initial deposit will be collected in addition to the scheduled amount. Applies to: all reservations.

NO PETS
Out of consideration for our other guests we are unable to accommodate PETS. On some occasions I can possibly take a small dog, that I can only accommodate in only one particular room. And there’s a nonrefundable $100 cleaning pet fee.

You will receive a confirmed confirmation via email, when making your reservations via phone, same applies confirm confirmation via email, and your credit card will be charged 20% of your total reservation, if you are within two weeks of your reservation date your total full amount will be charged to your credit card.
We have a two week cancellation policy.
*** For holidays special events or wedding parties we have a 60 day cancellation policy and your card will be charged for the full reservation amount 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date (or upon booking if you are within 60 days cancellation period.***

Cancellation:

If reservations are canceled in less than two weeks prior to arrival date you will not be refunded unless the nights can be rebooked. If only a portion of your reservations can be rebooked only that portion will be refunded. A $35 per night cancellation fee will be taken out if that night can be rebooked.

Discounts may also be available for long-term stays or repeat business travelers. Note that our Discounted Weekday Rates does not apply to holidays special events, wedding parties or times of National emergency or natural disaster which or subject to our Standard Room Rate.
There are No Discounts on booking all rooms.

* City of Mandeville noise ordinance is 10 PM
* Ice for drinks are available on the small bar upstairs and ice machine downstairs.
* Security and video surveillance is present on the premises.
* Complementary beverage from the small bar is limited to one per day per guest. Beyond that guideline, you are on the honor system and your donation container is on the small bar area.
* Thermostat and electronics connected to the premises are all
off limits outside of your room.
* Please remember this is our home too.
* We expect adult behavior on the premises including noise level in any group gatherings.

BOOKING FOR A WEDDING
It is Mandatory that your reservations are booked though our phone reservations service, NOT on website. We do apologize for any inconvenience, but we have guidelines we follow for any groomsmen are bridal party’s, there are also extra cleaning fees, two night minimum alone with two room minimum booking and only certain rooms we accommodate wedding parties. We would love to accommodate.
